Exchange requests for orders received and delivered after 15 Days will be politely declined. We hope you understand.
If 15 Days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or a return.
Our exchange policy is effective for 15 Days from receiving your product.
To be eligible for a return for exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. For exchanges, please send an email to support@rangetrotter.com with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return.

Our support team will respond within 2 business days, whether your exchange request as been approved.
All exchange requests must be approved by a member of our Customer Support Team in writing.
Upon approving your exchange request, the return address will be provided to you by email.
Any exchange without prior consent will be deemed invalid.
Exchange process
Please note we don't provide a return label because we don't collect for a shipping fee of exchange. As we do not have prepaid return labels, customers are responsible for shipping back item(s) at own cost.
Receiving your exchange request
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. If you are approved, your exchange will be processed right away.
Exchanges and Refunds will not be granted if the customer ordered the incorrect size/color/quantity, and/or simply "do not like" the product.
All orders are guaranteed for delivery. If orders are not received due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement item will be ordered. The replacement item will be shipped to the original Shipping Address listed at the time the original order was placed.
