    1. Address Incorrectly Provided: If you made an error in the address. We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at the time of purchase.
    2. Wrong Size Selection: We are not responsible for incorrect size selection by the customer at the time of purchase. We provide size charts on ALL product pages, moreover we provide a dedicated "Size Charts" page to ensure correct size selection with measurements in inches and centimetres. Additionally, we have a “Contact Us” page available for any inquiries about our products and services. 

    *Should you wish to return your order for replacement or receive a refund, it is your responsibility to cover all shipping charges associated to retuning your order.

    ** All returns for replacement request are subject to a USD$10-$40 Reprocessing and Shipping Charge, dependent of the weight and volume of the parcel being sent out for replacement.
